I tried something slightly new on this pair or Louis Vuitton x Supreme AJ1...I’m a big fan of painting edges. It’s funny, I kinda had a feeling that it would catch on when I first started doing it 3-4 years ago on my key fobs. Especially in my “space”.
i contacted a well know creator asking him “why don’t you paint your edges? I’ll make everything look cleaner “ to which he replied “nahh it’ll cost too much money and these are fine” I was like ok. Fast forward, he paints ALL his edges lol 🤷🏽♂️
Anyway, with these I not only painted the edges but also let the jean fry over it. It’s usually either or But with the combination it’s almost hidden unless you look at it from different angles. I kind of mistakenly did it on my last pair that I did with blue edges but did not quite notice it that much. And it really didn’t stand out as much. But with the red it’s different story.
The customer wanted Pockets on the tongues and I thought that I’d have a little fun with it and put a little bit of the red supreme Louis Vuitton jersey to make it a little fancy LOL. Overall I got to say that I’m happy with the turnout and so with a customer so that’s when I can say that the job is officially done. Thank you, next.
